Description
Today’s guest is Aubree Nichols. She is a positive light and huge advocate of self-love. She is a writer for The Week, Elite Daily, and the Observer as well as speaker and consultant. She helps individuals and executive teams in igniting passion and a deep sense of purpose. Our interview starts with Aubree and I bantering a bit about some of the things we have been experiencing on a global level. If you heard the last few episodes on grief. In episodes 81 thru 83 we talked about the five stages of grief – the final stage being acceptance, but what about accepting ourselves fully.
In regards to these interview episodes called Stories of Courage, I invite guests on the show, and we dig into their story a bit, specifically highlighting personal transformations and moments of breakthrough. I believe that the greatest strides in increased lasting self-confidence is in these breakthroughs. And that is because personal transformation has more to do with a returning of your true self. Sure you need to all the relational and societal fundamentals to really jive and have success with others, but it’s the embracing of your true self that really helps to build self-confidence. And today’s topic is largely on self-love – the ultimate level of self acceptance.
